Whether it’s a formal, multi-course plated dinner, a brunch-style luncheon, a festive Caribbean barbecue, or a glitzy cocktail party with exciting action stations, we can create a fabulous feast for you and your guests.
Menu includes:
- Plated breakfast or buffet
- Set lunch menus including 2 options of appetizer, entrée and dessert
- Lunch buffet including salad station, soup station, main course and dessert
- Set dinner menus including 2 options of appetizer, entrée and dessert
- Dinner buffet including salad station, cold appetizers, soup station, main course and dessert
- Warm and cold Hors D’Oeuvres

Premium Beverages
Tierra del Sol has a wide option of standard, premium, and super-premium spirits, wine and champagne, and sodas and juices.
Welcome Beverage
Greet your guests with a tropical welcome cocktail, a flute of champagne, or a glass of wine as they arrive to the event. Host will be charged on consumption by the drink.
Hosted Bar
Cocktails and drinks are sold by the glass and billed to the host at the end, along with a bartender charge (minimum of 3 hours).
Cash Bar
Guests pay for their own drinks. There is a bartender charge per hour (minimum of 3 hours).
Hourly Bar
There is a set price per person/per hour and a bartender charge per hour (minimum of 3 hours).
