Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. No-shows forfeit payment entirely. Restaurant reservations follow similar guidelines, with cancellations accepted up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund.

Payment for all bookings is processed securely through our system. We accept major credit cards and process transactions in accordance with industry standards. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers after transaction completion. Prices are subject to change without notice, though we will confirm your rate at the time of booking.

You are responsible for providing accurate information when making reservations or inquiries. Misrepresentation of details, including party size or contact information, may result in cancellation without refund. You agree not to use our website for unlawful purposes, harassment, or any activity that violates applicable laws. This includes attempting to access restricted areas, disrupting service, or interfering with other users' experience.
